Our Story

Malaysian Business, Built on Trust

Incorporated on 7 September 1995 as Fokus Nusantara Sdn Bhd, the Company was renamed Malbiz Consultants Sdn Bhd on 12 January 2000 — with "Malbiz" serving as the abbreviation for Malaysian Business.

Operations commenced in Georgetown, Penang. In 2004, we moved our headquarters to Kuala Lumpur, where we continue to serve clients across Malaysia and the region with deep expertise in taxation, corporate finance, IT advisory and enterprise support.

Adam Malik Farouk

Co-Founder & Director

Taxation and corporate finance expert with over 30 years of experience across corporate and academia. An HRDF accredited trainer, skilled in corporate consultancy and training for a wide range of industries, from manufacturing to NGOs.

Sivadasan Narayanan

Director

Chartered accountant with over 40 years of experience in public accounting and audit. Deep financial expertise spanning healthcare, plantation and a broad range of industries.

Kamaruzzaman Kamaludeen

Associate

Kamaruzzaman Kamaludeen holds an MBA with Distinction from UiTM and an Honours Degree in Accountancy from De Montfort University, UK. He brings over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, entrepreneurship and corporate management.

Chan Wei Liang

Associate

Wei Liang is a Chartered Accountant with 17 years of experience in tax and assurance services, developed through his work with top-tier Big 4 and prominent international accounting firms.

Norlizah Paharudin

Associate

Experienced finance professional with a career spanning more than three decades across audit, accounting, finance, and tax. She held the position of Senior General Manager of Accounts and Finance in a telecommunications company, overseeing financial operations, governance, and corporate planning.
